Discerning The Times, The Seasons, And The Move Of God
God's Favor For 2009!
Praise the Lord for 2009 saints!
We have crossed over into a new year guided by the hand of a Loving and Merciful God.
The year of 2008 was defined prophetically as the year of new beginnings; however I now tend to believe, that we, His church have not fully grasp the fullness of the meaning. Perhaps it was hidden by a Sovereign God, for such a time as this. No matter how we have perceived it, the Lord is presently revealing that it was HE (emphasis) that established these new works -personally, corporately and nationally, and that in the year of 2009 it would be His Good Hand bringing these works to completion.
As I mediated on this, I asked the Lord “What is going on, Lord?” I was immediately
led to scripture and after searching the matter out, scripture spoke and confirmed how the Lord always releases seasons of favor upon His church, for His purpose, completing that which was initiated by Him.
Therefore be not discouraged! Do not give up hope! Rejoice!
For if you have any God ordained unfinished business, you are right on schedule. Our Father is releasing divine favor this year to get the job done! Hallelujah! The Lord is declaring His divine favor!
It is so very important in this hour to grasp this concept. In First Chronicles 12:32 we find this statement, “. . . of the children of Issacher who had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do…
There is an anointing to understand Gods movement in His times and seasons.
Paul outlined it for the church.
Psalm 102: 12, 13 “But You, O LORD, shall endure forever, and the remembrance of Your name to all generations. You will arise and have mercy on Zion; for the time to favor her, Yes, the set time has come.”
This is a time of great expectation, for it is a great season of harvest and fruitfulness.
