According to Scripture, the time span between a word given in prophecy and the fulfillment of a prophetic word can span from minutes, hours, days, months to hundreds or thousands of years.

1. Minutes to Hours: (Acts 5:1-1) Peter's prophecy of the death of Ananias and Sapphira.
2. Same Day: (Luke 23:39-43) Jesus' prophecy concerning the thief on the cross being with Him in paradise.
3. This Night: (Matthew 26:30-35) Jesus' prophecy concerning Peter's denial.
4. Several Days: (Acts 27:21-25) Paul's prophecy concerning the shipwreck.
